Our rye, barley & maize whiskey begins life in level four charred American white oak barrels, developing a toasted sweetness and vanilla-like body before resting in first-fill Oloroso sherry hogsheads. The result: depth, warmth, and a richness born of patience.

Aged in new level four charred American white oak barrels & finished in first-fill Oloroso Sherry hogshead casks, this expression is rich, rounded & full of character. The roasted, malty profile of our rye, barley & maize mash bill joins with deep sherry richness, in both flavour & natural colour, revealing layers of candied dates, cherry jam & dark chocolate. A moreish unfolding of flavour, wrapped in the mellow warmth of seasoned oak.
